Welcome to my office.
Driving directions:
From I-5, take the 195th St. exit, heading east.
Turn left (north) onto North Creek Parkway.
Take the 3rd left at the "Tech Center North Creek" sign.
Veer left to go around back of the pond, and look for the building with the "North Creek Tech Center II" sign (Tetra Tech).
The building is next to Kindering. You'll see Canyon Park Vision Clinic on the first floor.
Come inside to the 2nd floor, "Eastside Psychological Associates."

While the members share a name and website, I am completely independent in providing clinical services and I alone am fully responsible for those services. My professional records are separately maintained and no member of the group can have access to them without your specific, written permission.
